Saturday morning approximately 20 people showed up at Westwood Baptist Church with tools in hand to help with the Outdoor Cleanup Day. The buzz of chain saws soon filled the air. Trees, overgrown shrubs and limbs were cut, weeds were pulled and cuttings were raked out of natural areas. Soon many truckloads of debris were on their way to be recycled. Sidewalks were power washed and clogged drains were cleared. A little tired but lots of water and granola bars helped to keep the smiles and energy going. Thank you to everyone for your help!
